Refund policy

Setsugo believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, if an order is in transit at the time when a cancellation request is made then a reverse shipping fee will be applicable.

• Please note that Setsugo does not accept returns for opened or assembled block sets. We kindly ask that you ensure the set is unopened and in its original packaging when requesting a return.

• At Setsugo, we have a thorough quality assurance process to ensure that all parts are included in each set. However, in the rare case that a part is missing or misplaced, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide a replacement.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  

• In case of any Refunds approved by the Setsugo, it’ll take 7-14 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
