At Set Su Go, we want your experience to be as joyful and smooth as building our flowers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to know how your order will reach you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

During high-volume seasons (festivals or sales), delivery times may be extended by a few days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders under ₹2000.

A small handling fee may apply.

Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹500.

Orders below ₹500 will have a standard shipping fee displayed at checkout.

We currently ship across India only.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

You can track your order in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

Damaged / Lost Packages

We take utmost care in packaging. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@setsugo.com with photos.

If your package is lost in transit, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund.

Delivery Delays

Unforeseen delays (strikes, weather, courier disruptions) are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated and resolve issues quickly.
