How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5-7 days. We do not offer express delivery and cannot influence shipping timelines. To get an accurate estimate, enter your pincode on the product page before placing your order.

Where is my order?

You can track your order here using your order ID after it is dispatched (usually within 24 hours). You can find your order ID in the order confirmation email or on your account page.

I paid for my order, but it wasn’t confirmed. What should I do?

If your payment was successful but the order wasn’t confirmed, any deducted amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours by our payment partner, Razorpay. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact us at support@setsugo.com.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by placing a request on support@setsugo.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you no longer want a product, you can request a return within 7 days after receiving it. However, we do not accept returns for opened or assembled block sets, and a reverse shipping charge will apply. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD for orders valued under ₹2000, with a small cash handling fee. However, COD may not be available for certain pincodes or addresses due to service limitations.

What if a piece is missing from my set?

At Setsugo, we have a thorough quality assurance process to ensure all parts are included. However, in rare cases, a piece may be missing or misplaced. Most customers find missing parts while assembling the set or inside the packaging. Please check carefully. If you still need assistance, contact us at support@setsugo.com.
