Return Policy
At Setsugo, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please read the following policy to understand how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. Products that have been opened, assembled, or used cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products marked as final sale, gift cards, or promotional items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please login to your account and request for a return within 7 days of delivery with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for the reverse shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@setsugo.com with photos of the package and product. We will send replacements at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
